Hey what’s up.  My name is Cole.  I’m not a full blood German Shepard but let me tell you I have the high drive and energy as if I was.  I need an active owner who is willing to take me on walks or runs.  I need exercise. I have gone to an amazing training program at the Mabel Basset Correctional Center ( no I didn’t do anything to go to prison, but this program taught me manners)  I was a pet to some college boys and they were too busy studying or so they say, but I think they were just young and fun and didn’t have time for me, so they reached out to Route 66 to help me find a permanent home. I might not be the best guy for little kids, because when I get excited it’s game on and let play!!!!!!!!! So, I am a little clumsy and knock them down and then they cry, and we don’t want that.  I am about two years old, almost three, so don’t worry about the terrible twos because I am almost three.  I am crate trained, but I hate being in my crate because I want to play and run and have fun.  I know there is a best friend out there for me.  We can hang and then we can exercise together.  I do get along with other dogs as long as we meet properly and take our time to get to know each other.  We have learned that he does great on a gentle leader.
