Hi, my name is Summer.  I have been overlooked for so many years that my heart hurts.  I started my life as an unwanted Pit Bull forced to fend for myself and live on the streets.  I was starving and had many fleas and ticks.  I was very skinny, and my tummy hurt.  Then this amazing person saw me and knew I needed help.  This person caught me and at first, I was a little scared because I wasn’t sure what was going to happen.  I learned that I was going to get food every day.  I felt like I hit the jackpot.  I have had little interaction with people and would love to find someone who wants to spend time with me and show me what love is.  I love to play with toys.  I am not house trained as I have never lived in a home.  Just to be safe I might work better in a home without kids because I am not sure what those little creatures are, and they are busy.  I am crate trained and if introduced to another dog properly and slowly I might make a friend.  I love to go on walks.  They tell me I am about 8 years old and that I now weigh about 50 pounds.  I have all my shots, and I am fixed no babies here.   I really would love to have an experienced owner that helps me become a family member and live a wonderful life.  Please give me a chance.
